Angela Evans hasn't been in a relationship since the death or her late husband. As she is reluctantly developing a new relationship with billionaire Connor Shea, the news broadcasts fill with reports of a growing number of local murders. When Angela realizes the link between the murders is her, Connor pledges to help her find the killer. With the memories of three years ago flooding her mind she becomes more and more obsessed with doing whatever she can to stop the killings.
