Because of his all-consuming mission -- to permanently eradicate the Mafia -- Mack Bolan fights a lonely war. His methods are unorthodox and without compassion. He knows that there is no other way to win, to stay alive, to fight again. The invisible tentacles of the mob's empire reach into every level of our society, there is no sanctuary, no sure ally when the game is for keeps.
