Eva and Coral are 6 year old twins who won't stop being naughty. Nanny uses her Magic Feathers, when the girls are asleep, to transport them both into the same dream. They become headteachers at Wagtail School for Naughty Puppies where they have to be in charge. Can the twins devise a plan to make the puppies behave?
