FIND FEK--OR DIE!

First there's the humming (like a million kazoos), then the light (eye-poppingly bright), and finally a bumping, whumping THUMP that shakes the whole neighborhood. But it's not till the fire hydrant actually speaks that Frank “the Shrank” Dunn gets the total picture.

And it's more than a little mind-boggling. The hydrant's really an alien, a shape-shifting policeman from the planet Rodinam! His name's Zymel, and he's on a mission -- to find Fek, a crazed, power-hungry, alien master criminal.

It's up to Frank and his friends to help. But there's a problem. Both aliens can take any shape -- from book to bicycle, squirrel to St. Bernard. How will they recognize the fiendish and fanatical Fek? And can they even be sure (gulp!) they're not the alien?
