Life on the streets is generally peaceful for Albert. An old rusted shopping cart is his best friend. It holds his blankets and all the treasures he finds in his travels. He minds his own business and people leave him alone. That's just the way he likes it.
Meezer, a young cat, is abandoned to the streets by thoughtless owners. He only wanted a little food, love and a finger or ten to bite on. Life on the streets is just as lonely for him as it is for Albert. Perhaps there will be someone to feed him beyond a hole in a chain-link fence.
Nanoworms spend their existence in a lab, being created for purposes they can't begin to fathom . . . or can they? Perhaps there is a way to escape? Why exactly would nanoworms need to know martial arts anyway?
The streets are not without their hazards. While avoiding one type of trouble, Albert walks his way into even worse trouble. Shopping carts, skateboards and government conspiracies are a bad mix. Will he keep his shopping cart? Will Meezer come up with a plan to destroy the world? Can a shopping cart and a skateboard ever get along?
