Dr. Lewis Gregson is in a bind. His sister has flown abroad to be with her seriously ill husband, and he's been left holding the babies -- literally.

The three kids are delightful, but he badly needs aid. When he hears Nurse Jo Henry saying she wants more hours, he asks her to be the nanny.
