Connoisseur of Evil — Bernard J. Taylor

A series of macabre incidents within the space of two months suggests there are three psychopaths on the loose in San Antonio. Then Newman and FBI profiler Walter Selig begin to develop a profile of a Connoisseur of Evil who borrows from the recipes of the most notorious evildoers of the past and creatively uses these ingredients in new ways as he attempts to experience all aspects of evil.
