Eyewitnesses reported seeing the vehicle with four people inside, being driven erratically before the incident. The vehicle is registered to Robert 'Bobby' Brosna, heir to the multi-million-dollar Brosna Empire. Rumours he was at the wheel remain unconfirmed. America 1968.
