Ooricyra Chansolinse is a detective, and a pretty damn good one at that. He works for the FBI, specifically within the Chicago field office, and has a solve rate that would make anybody jealous. Yet that isn't what he cares about. The case he cares about is the one that nobody believes exists. Cyra believes that there is a serial killer on the loose who kills in sets of threes, and he's been hunting them for a long, long time. When he receives a trainee, however, his plans fall to ruin.
