I am a General Electric Engineer. I was walking on Erie Boulevard toward State Street in Schenectady when I glanced in the sky. What I saw greatly alarmed me. I contacted the police and told them there was a black hole hovering over this street and something should be done. Finally, I was able to get through to someone and told them about a plan that might work. This story tells if it did!
