Spence Logan rode into Virginia City to look up a friend. The first thing he did was get in a gunfight saving a young woman from a man bent on doing her harm. Helping the black haired, blue eyed girl put him dead in the sights of Candi and Reg Doolin. He'd been in tight spots before, but he usually knew the reason why someone wanted to kill him.
