Young Jesse Owens — Paul L. Thompson

Young Jesse Owens is a cute, small nine year old. He had bright sandy hair with a sprinkle of pale freckles on his nose and under his eyes. He also has a soft quiet voice that some young boys thought sissy. That was not the case, you tease him or hurt a friend he would knock you flat of your back then lend a hand helping you to your feet.
