Five years ago, Lesley had ended her marriage to Wyoming rodeo star Zack Mackenzie--unable to cope with her husband's risks on the cowboy circuit. Besides, she had to consider the security of their young daughter, Mandy.

Now Zack, apparently flat broke, had turned up on her farm to visit his little girl. Reluctantly Lesley allowed him to stay--although Zack had more on his mind than shelter.
