Yesterday's Blossoms — Roger E. Bruner

Roger E. Bruner wrote his first poem in elementary school, and he's written a number of other things since then. He's currently a novelist, with two books out and two awaiting publication. In looking back at the things he's written over the years, he decided to share those with readers who might be interested in some of his pre-novel writings, many of which have been published in local or national (USA) periodicals. This book contains a number of poems, a few short plays, a dramatic monologue, an unusual responsive reading, a short story, and a personal essay about a tragic event in his life. He hasn't cleaned up these pieces to bring them up to his current writing standards. He wants you to enjoy them as they existed at the time.
