World Without Women — Day Keene

Reed and Connie Renner sail to the Galapagos Islands to get away from everything in an attempt to save their marriage. After 16 months, they return home to find that most of the women in the world have died from a mystery illness. The remaining few women have to be guarded to protect them from the men, and the Renners' marriage has to go on hold.
