Andy Haskins, the former Bouchard ranch hand, has been elected to the Alabama House of Representatives. But no sooner does he take office than he is approached by a lobby of corrupt carpetbaggers requesting that he sponsor an unethical land tax bill, as part of a swindle involving the Alabama-Chattanooga Line.
