Ward Nurse — Helen Sharp

When Bonnie Harper visits her sister in New Zealand and goes to work as a nurse at the Nicholson Hospital she discovers old-fashioned procedures - and outright hostility when she suggests changes. She also meets Doctor Albert Heath, the handsome head of Administration, and the guiding genius of the hospital, old Doctor John Fluornoy. When Bonnie makes radical changes without asking permission, Doctor Fluornoy proposes firing her on the spot, but Doctor Heath sides with her. She wins. In fact she wins Doctor Heath too, and having him at her side makes the fight worth continuing.
