More than meets the eye

Mike Kinnear thought Susan Ackroyd was the pushiest woman he'd ever met. The nerve--trying to tell him how to care for his daughter. The woman clearly had some sort of problem.

For her part, Susan had Mike pegged as irresponsible--a man who didn't deserve a child.

If danger hadn't threatened, Mike never would have guessed Susan had such hidden strength . . . or such ready passion. Susan never would have realized that Mike knew so much about love and commitment.
