Nicola was appalled to discover that she would have to spend her dream holiday in Turkey in the company of a man she loathed. The popular Press might promote Richard Russell as the answer to a maiden's prayer, but she knew him in his true light as the hard, unsympathetic employer who had kicked her out of her job with barely a second glance, and so she treated his obvious interest in her with a distinct lack of enthusiasm.
