When the famous British traitor Kim Philby contacts a U.S. Agent in Moscow claiming to have important information, the CIA is cautiously interested. Their counterintelligence director Ara Schott, normally a desk man, goes along to Yalta to talk to Philby. The news is a shock - Presidential nominee Derek Townes is a KGB agent. But when the CIA investigates Townes, they learn something worse: Townes is convinced he's Leon Trotsky. Now the question is, who wants to get rid of Townes more: The CIA or the KGB?
