Two female victims remain missing from a recent Green Bay kidnapping case. Detective Cale Van Waring uses his suspension to venture to Rome and to Africa, in an effort to locate his victims and expose an international human trafficking ring. In the meantime, Cale learns his fiance may be pregnant from the man who raped her. And this becomes another issue he must deal with as he hunts down the monsters responsible for ruining so many innocent people's lives.
