Be careful what you wish for!
There are too many Murphys in Collette's house! With her younger sister and two younger brothers stealing all of her parents' time, Collette feels left out. Being the oldest isn't easy. If she were an only child, like her friends Sarah and Marsha, she wouldn't have to worry about her siblings messing up all her plans.
What a great idea! Why not ask her parents if -- just this once -- she could be an only child for her Christmas wish.
But now that she has her parents' complete attention, why does she feel something is missing?
