The people in a small community in Jamaica have been harassed, robbed, and had their lives threatened. The authorities whose job it was to solve such problems and ensure safety proved ineffective and were frequently nowhere to be found. Eventually, the citizens took charge. The men formed a vigilante to deal with the situation. They patrolled the streets in small groups, night after night. At one point, they were confronted and threatened by the police. But undeterred, they engaged political representatives as they continued to track a suspect through a dangerous area. In the quest to free their community of criminal activities they made a shocking discovery.
