The Van Gogh Cafe — Cynthia Rylant

Miracles are made-to-order at the Van Gogh Cafe in Flowers, Kansas. At least that is what Clara and her father Marc, the cafe's owner, believe. Everyday they fill coffee cups, serve meals, and wait for the magic to happen.

Which it always does...maybe because the cafe was once a theater, and some of the old theater magic is left in the walls. Whatever the reason, word is spreading of a place where broken hearts mend and dreams come true.
