Supporting characters introduced in the first book are Ashlyn, Ryan's older, not too bright sister, Elazandra's roommate in the Jenkin's home; Michael, Ryan's best friend, companion nerd, and computer genius; and Fax, a small, overweight dragon who both helps and hinders the main characters. In addition to treasure, he also hordes Rolex watches. And there are the orcs, evil creations of the Dark Lords who form the basic foot soldiers of the villains' armies, who are secretly gathering in a deserted toxic waste site. Book #1 story location is the human world.
