Tony Madison, a.k.a. Tony Baloney, is a magnet for trouble. As the fifth-grade class clown, he's constantly showing off new jokes and crazy tricks. Tony is obsessed with the Late Show with David Letterman, and he's determined to find a way to get on the show himself. He's even devising his own repertoire of Stupid Human Tricks and top ten lists.
