The Sky-moos — Oliver Postgate

The Clangers - first seen on TV - appear in book form in one of a series of adventures. An attempt to grow a garden get outs of hand, and nothing would please the sky-moos more than the chance to chomp all the greenery that threatens to cover the Clangers' beloved planet.
