The stories include "The Sinister Dr. Wong," about a power-mad Chinese demon hatching a fiendish plan for world domination; "Death Flight;" and "Empire of Terror" starring the Phantom Detective, the 2nd Pulp Hero popular for 170 issues between 1933 and 1953.
