Roy noticed a complete change in his sister Cindy once they started living in the new house. True, the land was cursed long ago but now will be the time for the family to face what happened in the past during the Civil War. Once Roy entered into the realm to fight for his family's lives, he noticed how different things are from his world versus the demon's world. While traveling to the different places Roy had visited, he saw what could happen if he failed in his mission to save his family. At the end, Roy realized what was needed to be done in order to save his family from the hands of the demon. Roy also finally realized the demon has a true name but will not say it out loud.
