The bankruptcy of the marketing business they ran with their partner Pete cost them everything including their health insurance. Preexisting conditions effectively made them uninsurable and unemployable, so their only option for a good health care plan was to form their own company.

Since Jamos & Mosit conducted no business, they could call it anything they wanted. For lack of anything better, they called it a detective agency. Under the circumstances, the last thing they expected was a client. But when Pete is murdered during a routine robbery, a lover from Stanley's past comes back into his life to lure him into taking on an investigation. The job sounds simple find a business plan Pete was writing when he was killed.
