So, you've read plenty of zombie novels, but have you ever read one that strikes terror in the bowls of government, experts and wonks? One where citizens become revenants or shades, who cannot pay taxes, hear you or vote! They can't comprehend any social or political message issued by an eminently qualified expert, answer phone surveys of the spin masters and donate money or time to any cause in need of help and immediate support. Ones who cannot be preached to by the enlightened. One with individuals who cannot take care of themselves in a style then need to be accustomed to. Ones who cannot separate and take out the trash or do their honey-do chores.What about the space alien books you have read or science fiction movies and videos you have seen? Most aliens are seen as humanoids, who interact with humans with some sort of understanding and purpose. What about microscopic aliens? Ever run into them? What are the differences between revenants, shades, zombies, vampires, shapeshifters and the restless dead? Can they be baptized and saved? Can they vote for the party of your choice? You should find this more frightening than the Coronavirus.What if Fred Hoyle is right and there is such a thing as panspermia. What if life on Planet Earth began with bacteria and viruses seeded from outer space and possibly by comets. What if microbes continue to arrive on Planet Earth up to and including today. Keep in mind Planet Earth is not a closed system and the Solar System glides through a somewhat grungy region of the Milky Way Galaxy. How about a comet induced epidemic pr pandemic? What about the epidemic microbe's evolutionary path? Could Star Trek's Hodgkin's Law of Parallel Planetary Development apply to a microbe? Maybe, it's just the Wormwood Star or Apophis announcing the second coming?Do you really understand your immune system? When you get a virus infection, do you know how savage a phage war is? Did you ever get a vaccination in a sugar cube? Why not in a pixy stick? Come on CDC and fire up your imagination and ramp up your labs. CDC, isn't virology like an African safari? Once again, gather your gunboys, porters, bushmen, runners and camp guards, then plunge into the nano savannah! It's the bully thing to do!
