The Redemption of Arnie Bradbury — R. William Rogers

Arnie Bradbury had always been saddled with a bit of a rambunctious and troublesome nature about him. When Seth and Becky Clarkson come across him and a couple of unscrupulous outlaws changing brands on stock that belongs to the Circle C outfit, Arnie initially finds himself caught up in a downward spiral that can end up in only one way, or can it?

After cutting ties with the pair of outlaws, and frightened at the very real probability of winding up in the hoosegow, Arnie steals a bit of money from the cookie jar and runs from his transgressions. Flooded with emotions because of the way things are turning out for him, he zeroes in on doing his best at finding his calling and creating a future for himself and the beautiful Rose Appleby, whose pa owns the local cafe.

But nothing comes easily as his efforts are further complicated because of him being forced to keep a watch over his shoulder in an effort to ensure that vengeful members of his somewhat sordid past don't catch up to him and destroy everything he and Rose have worked to accomplish.
