The desire for social acceptance, mob mentality on a lesser scale, provides the greatest test of a person's true character. The bullies would not be so quick to bully if they did not receive at least tacit approval for their actions. Silence while another person is being bullied is as bad as the bullying itself. This is a tale about the ramifications of bullying on both the victim and the boy who remained silent.
