The Outlaw — Hildie McQueen

Lincoln Gentry is wanted and a fugitive. When he returns to his hometown of Rutgers Ridge to clear his name, hides in an abandoned schoolhouse. Linc has to decide the best course, one wrong move and he could end up facing the hangman's noose.



Boredom flies out the window when Jane Conner discovers a man sleeping in her schoolhouse. When the stranger turns out to be a devilishly handsome Lincoln Gentry, it becomes impossible to keep from allowing his touch.



The future holds one of three outcomes for Linc and Jane, life on the run, him being hung or a highly improbably life together. It will take a powerful bond to keep them together.
