Deandrea Simmons is a female seminary student who has a successful psychology practice and has found great success in her career, church, and community. To complete her second doctorate degree, she is forced to do an internship in a small southern town that is a two-hour drive away from her home. When Deandrea meets Pastor Jarrod Fuller, who is rumored to not like female ministers, her life is turned upside down.
