The Hoopicopter — Oliver Postgate

The Clangers - first seen on TV - appear now in book form, in one of a series of adventures. Using notes from the music tree and a hoop from the hoop tree, Tiny Clanger creates an unusual flying machine - a hoopicopter - and has an enjoyable tea party with the Iron Chicken.
