The Great Keep — John D. Mimms

Thurman Tyler has embraced his destiny in the course of Volumes 1 and 2 has survived attacks by blood sucking sangre, Creptios and even a wormy little man named Sebacion Semperi. He has befriended an officer, by the name of Versteck, from the oppressive Gestapon regime that has allied itself with the evil Creptios. The Creptios are malevolent spiritual beings from another realm of existence that can spread death and misery in their spirit form and in habitation of a host body. Their common goal with the Gestapons is to find and control the Great Keep. Versteck has recognized the evil influence in his government and has agreed to aid Thurman in finding the reso bar which, according to legend, will guide him to the Great Keep. Thurman has lost dear friends and endured tremendous physical and emotional suffering but yet he presses on. He is certain to find that the remainder of the path to the Great Keep is wrought with even more dangerous challenges and yet more allies may fall, if not Thurman himself. The Great Keep is close but can it be reached?
