When his sister, Cindy, sold his house to Darcy Cramer, he didn't mind because the woman was beautiful, and he was so lonesome, he longed to have someone near. He hated the deathly quiet that surrounded him.

Darcy Cramer was happy with the house she bought. When she kept hearing a voice, she thought she'd gone stark raving mad. She believed in ghosts, but she'd never encountered one until now and found it was chilling to converse with a ghost.
