Dexter Westenburg HATES poetry! His teacher keeps telling him to write poetry in his journal (which is more like a diary), but he just doesn't want to! Then Dexter goes to the Roethke House, and he meets a ghost, Benny, who happens to love poetry. Will Benny's influence start to change Dexter's mind, or will Dexter hate poetry forever?
