The family discovers that a member of the family has a twin, who comes out of the shadows and desires to re-unite. After the hurts of the years, will forgiveness take place and reconciliation follow? When David decides to further his career, it causes dissension in his family. Will he pursue his interest in veterinary medicine or accept his life as an Amish man? What would happen if he and Kayla became serious and wanted to marry?
