"Electra looks a little bit like a monster herself," Melody said. "So maybe it's okay."
"Then you know it, too?" Howie gasped.
"Know what?" Liza asked.
Howie pulled Melody, Liza, and Eddie close to him so nobody could overhear what he had to say.
"Electra isn't really Dr. Victor's niece, and she's not a cookie chef," Howie whispered. "She's a monster just like Frank. In fact, I believe Dr. Victor created Electra to be Frank's friend. His girlfriend!"
