The Bermondsey Beach Boys — Donny Brook

South London 1970: A small gang of council estate kids spend their free time on Bermondsey Beach, in the shadow of Tower Bridge, dreaming of becoming skinheads like the older toughs in their neighborhood. Too poor to buy the clothes needed to walk the walk, the wannabe rude boys are temped into petty crime to fund their dreams, resulting in devastating consequences.
