Jennifer Blake, E Systems super secret counter-terrorist agent, entraps Nazi Devil, the insurrectionists top computer genius in New York City. When she is forced to hide out, Fordyce Britt, code named Apache, goes to the Big Apple to rescue her, waits for her to meet him in a Mafia run drug warehouse. The terrorists explode a small atomic bomb in the subway, which wreaks havoc on the city, sending tornado fires raging throughout the metropolis. Apache's skin is burned, but he sacks up a precious cache of drugs, leaves the warehouse, quarters himself in a shack, fights off the mobs seeking crack, finds a Honda with a full tank of gas, picks up Nazi Devil, and fights his way out of the city. Before Nazi Devil dies, to get a fix, he tells Apache the terrorists computer lab is in Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico, that he thinks Jennifer escaped and returned to Ozark, Alabama.Apache begins an action-packed pursuit of the terrorists, who had shut down the nation - to New Orleans, to Mexico, to Carlsbad, to California, where he and Jennifer, after Apache wipes out the terrorist leaders, recover the computer chip that can be used to re-program the computers/, then turns it over to the FBI.
