Roxy LaFollette is proud of the food empire she built in Flynn's Crossing. With her nationally acclaimed restaurant, her gourmet grocery, and her catering business, she has little time to indulge in the kind of relationship her girl tribe friends recommend. Movie director Mac Smythe knows it is probably best to let the past stay in the past. His taste for adventure has been tempered over the years, due in large part to the loss of the one woman he thought he could trust and love. But when fate finally gives him a second chance, it seems that his desire to forgive is jinxed.
