“Life Is Not A Sitcom…”
That's what my grandmother said when I pointed out to her that grandmothers on TV sitcoms don't smoke. Mothers and fathers don't go running off in opposite directions either. And their fifteen-year-old daughters don't end up feeling alone and abandoned, living with Grandma. My life sure isn't a sitcom!
But that's what I thought before I fell off my skateboard and into the life of a very serious, really good-looing boy named Paul MacIntosh. It turned out to be a good thing I met Paul before I got involved with the school's biggest practical joker -- or my life probably would have turned into a sitcom disaster!
