What if he ended up in medieval England embroiled in a plot to set a new king on the throne?
John finds himself in the court of Prince Henry as the son of William the Conqueror works to take over the throne of his recently departed brother, King William II. In order to achieve this he has enlisted the help of a maid - Barabal, and a squire - Stanislaus. Along with their friend, the apprentice alchemist Alain, they drag John into political intrigue as they fight to ensure Henry is crowned king.
Just when they think they have everything under control, they uncover an even greater force working against them.
Against such odds how can they possibly make sure the right man is the new King of England?
