Susie always wanted to be a detective. She is going to have a mystery game for her birthday, but when she citizen-arrests Kinkaberry Lane's boatman, her parents decide that her obsession with crime is not nice. They cancel her mystery party and arrange a boring picnic on Bluebell Island instead. Can Susie still find a way to make this party the best birthday ever, or will she be embarrassed in front of all her friends?
