Private investigator Tag Finn, a former special operations soldier and member of the CIA's Special Activities Division, is out doing a ride along on his friend's vessel assist boat on the San Francisco Bay when an unusual call comes in that a party boat full of strippers is sinking off of Alcatraz Island.
