Starburst — Don Porter

A terrorist is sent to the United States. He starts cells in four cities; WMD supplies come from Syria and are distributed to the cells. On the Fourth of July celebrations, the WMD vectors are released over the four cities. The terrorist thinks that he is safe, but is caught up in another attack. 25% of the US population is killed. Retribution is swift and final.
