When he was a boy, Vin Lockhart was adopted by a band of Oglala Sioux after they found him wandering alone, the only survivor of a cholera attack that took his family. They raised him as one of their own, and taught him the ways of a warrior. But Vin had to follow his heart back to his family's people, back to the world of the white man. Now, though, his Oglala past has come calling.
